Please Note: We ship to the address you submit when completing your order. If the address is not correct or does not include an Eir code we cannot be held liable if your package does not arrive.
We’re sure you’re going to love our products, but if you’re not happy for any reason, or your order is damaged please simply return the item(s) within 30 days of ordering and we’ll exchange or refund it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when sending an order back to us. This needs to be done via An Post - tracked & signed shipping.
Once we have received and inspected your item(s) and they meet the conditions above, we will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to show in your account.
